Another windy, rainy day spent mostly eating, sleeping and reading. I finished The Last Girl, by Joe Hart, yesterday, and am well into Fields of Wrath, by Mark Wheaton, today. We managed to fit in some play time on the dock – it’s amazing how much different (and terrifying!) foot-to-hand is with the wind whipping by. During a sunny pocket, we made arrangements through Chip, at Palapa Tours, for the next three days and then went to a late lunch at an El Salvadorian restaurant. Naturaly, it began pouring just as we were finishing our meal, so we stayed for another drink and still ended up running back to the hotel in the rain. I finished my book and we took a nap and then went out for a late dinner and wrapped up our day.
